Commercial RO Water Treatment
Commercial reverse osmosis can reduce dissolved salts when the application requires it. System selection starts with feed-water analysis, the required outlet quality and business demand.
Build the treatment train around the water
Pretreatment protects the membranes from particles, scaling and incompatible chemicals. The membrane stage separates product water from a concentrate stream. Storage, distribution and any final treatment must also suit the intended use.
Capacity and installation planning
Consider peak demand, daily operating hours, available pressure and utilities. Include concentrate drainage, access for cartridge changes and space for membrane servicing. RO output varies with feed-water conditions, so a nominal capacity is not a promise of output at every site.
Pretreatment filtration
Select particle and media treatment before the membrane stage.
Membrane selection
Match elements to the feed conditions and required product-water quality.
Installation support
Plan utilities, commissioning readings and operator handover.
Maintain consistent operation
Record flow, pressure and water-quality readings to track changes. Service intervals depend on loading and equipment requirements. Changes in feed-water quality should trigger a review of pretreatment and operating conditions.
Discuss your water treatment requirements
Tell us your location, water source, required flow and intended application. A recent water analysis and equipment details help us assess the next step.
